gigsnshows helps you find live music, theatre, stand-up and sports, and plan them with friends. By using the site you agree to these simple terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
What gigsnshows is, and isn't
We collect show listings from ticketing sites and venues and show them in one place. We don't sell tickets. When you tap Tickets or Book you go to the seller's own site, and what you buy, pay and are refunded is between you and them. Listings can be wrong or out of date: dates, prices and availability can change, and shows get cancelled. Always check the seller's page before you buy or travel. The shows and posters belong to their organisers and the sites that list them.
Your use of the site
- Use gigsnshows for yourself and your friends, lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it, or collect its data in bulk.
- Plans and shared lists are visible to everyone who has their link. Don't put anything in them that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, misleading, or that identifies someone who hasn't agreed. Use a first name, not full names or contact details.
- Share a plan or list only with people you'd be happy to see your first name and picks.
Reporting and removal
Every plan and shared list has a Report button. We read reports and may remove a plan, list or answer, or block misuse, without notice. You can also delete your own plans, lists and answers, or your whole account, yourself at any time (see the privacy policy).
Accounts
Logging in with your mobile number is optional. Keep your phone secure, since a code sent to it logs in as you. We may suspend an account that is abused or used to harm others or the service.
No guarantees
gigsnshows is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses from relying on a listing, from a seller's actions, or from content other people add to plans and lists. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date above will change when we do. Using the site after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
